Ekiti IPP Ltd is a Nigerian owned independent power plant company, incorporated in the year 2021. Ekiti IPP Ltd is a 5MW IPP project and its sister company Olokiti Distribution Network, owners of 11km 11kv underground distribution network in the Ado Ekiti Metropolitan area are tasked with providing 24/7 uninterrupted power supply to The Ekiti State Government owned infrastructure and facilities in and around Ado Ekiti.
This project will also provide the infrastructure to support electric mobility in the Ado-Ekiti Metropolitan area.
Ekiti IPP Power Plant is Operated and Maintained by Bremen Operations and Maintenance Limited – A company with over 182 years of both international and local operations experience in the power industry.
Ekiti IPP Limited and Olokiti Distribution Network Limited are PPP (Public–Private Partnership) initiatives between the Government of Ekiti State and Fenchurch Power Limited.

Mr. Olufemi Bakare
Mr. Bakare is a Business Executive with over 20 years of diverse expertise in Business Management, and implementing operational strategies and has been responsible for the growth of Fenchurch Group of Companies. He has over the last 13 years led the growth and development of Fenchurch from a single logistics company to a strong presence in Energy and Power sectors, especially in the development and ownership of Independent Power Plants (IPPs) and mini electrical power distribution grid systems across the country in order to bridge the power gap and contribute to the development narrative of the country. He sits on the boards of Zeric Energy Resources, Terra Green Limited and the Sickle Cell Aid Foundation of Nigeria; he is The Vice-President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Power Sector Group.

Mr Akingbe is a resourceful individual with broad experience of over 25 years in Infrastructure development (Information Technology focus), Strategy Planning and Project Management. Lolu has a wealth of experience that spans multiple business units and functional areas working in highly regulated environments in both the public and private sector in Nigeria and in the UK where he previously was based before moving to Nigeria; he seats on the board of Fenchurch Power Limited.
Lolu holds a BSc in Mathematics from Lagos State University, Lagos Nigeria, and MSc computing and Information Systems from University of Greenwich, London, England.

Mr. Adeyemi is a knowledgeable experienced Energy Professional, with solid Technical and Commercial Capability. He has extensive knowledge in Business Process Reengineering, Project Management and establishing best in-class Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Culture. He is the CEO of Utilita energy, sits on the board of Zeric Energy Resources, Fenchurch Group, Soft App Limited, Aldershot Power, and BPSL Nigeria. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering (B. Eng.) from University of Lagos, (MSc) in Oil and Gas Engineering, from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen Scotland and has attended various courses at Energy Institute UK and Institute of Petroleum Engineering.

Mr Falola is an experienced business leader with over 22 years professional experience in the finance and infrastructure sectors of the Nigerian economy. Kunle has a deep desire and commitment to establish important benchmarks in the Power Sector and provide the needed support and infrastructure required to fuel economic growth. Kunle led the team which designed, developed and managed one of the foremost Independent Power Projects in Nigeria which consisted of the second largest distribution network after the National grid. Kunle was also pivotal in the policy formulation, development, and implementation of both the Lagos State Power Sector initiative and the private sector participation projects of the Rural Electrification Agency. An alumnus of the University of Lagos, Akoka & Loughborough Business School, Loughborough UK, Kunle has also attended various courses and trainings including leadership development training at Harvard Business School.

She is passionate about infrastructure development and energy related projects. She started her career with Fenchurch power and has been seconded to the 11KM 11KV underground distribution network 5MW Gas IPP construction project in Ado Ekiti, where she is working closely on the technical supervision, stakeholders’ engagement and management of these two key projects. She graduated from Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti with Higher National Diploma (HND) in Applied Chemistry, she has extensive knowledge in Health & Safety Environment (HSE) and a member of Nigeria Institute of Science Laboratory Technology (NISLT).
